Ingredientes: – 1 taza de agua de coco natural o agua. – Una manojo de perejil con tallo. – Un manojo de «kale» o acelga. – Una penca de célery. 1/4 de cucharadita de spirulina. – Una cucharada de miel pura y cruda o 2 dátiles para endulzar. – 1 pera o manzana.



Preparación: – Licuar y servir.

Ingredients: - 1 cup of natural coconut water or water. - A bunch of parsley with a stem. - A bunch of «kale» or chard. - A stalk of celery. - 1/4 teaspoon of spirulina. - A tablespoon of pure and raw honey or 2 dates to sweeten. - 1 pear or apple.

Preparation: - Blend and serve.

Fruit smoothie with anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients: - Fruits with anti-inflammatory properties: pineapple, cherries, lemon, papaya, apples.

- 1 cup of pineapple or any other fruit mentioned above.

- 1/2 banana.

- 1 stalk of celery or celery Spain.

- 150 grams or 1/4 teaspoon of unflavored powdered gelatin.

- 1 teaspoon of collagen powder.

- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

- 1 tablespoon of honey or 2 dates to sweeten.

- You may or may not add the protein powder of your choice.

Preparation: - Blend and serve.
